Popsicle Stick Bridges

For our final building project we created popsicle stick bridges that were at least 30cm long and could hold 4 kg. We did a fabulous job synergizing with our group to build strong structures.

Grade 3’s, your challenge is to tell me what shape/design you used to make your bridge strong. Did you have to change your design as you began to build? Did you find it challenging to build a certain part of your bridge?

Bricks 4 Kidz

Bricks 4 Kidz came to our classroom today and we had the challenge of building a Suspension Bridge. We used our schema from our Testing and Building with Materials unit in Science, so our bridges had strong foundations. Excellent building 3L!
